Ordered at 530pm was supposed to be delivered around 6. 6:30 rolled around and reached out to the doordash driver who was listed on my link, she had no clue what I was talking about. Understanding , this is a delivery issues and not a retail issue I reached out to BJ's and I was placed on the phone with Ashura , the manager on duty. She was so sweet and understanding, I really was frustrated, but she was calm and wanted to assure that I got whatever I needed. As we typically come here for the prime rib, that’s only served on the weekend, I was not fully satisfied with mine, this time around-the manager, ASHURA- displayed such diplomacy, such caring, and total etiquette that she completely removed the entire charge for mine – – I was taken aback with how courteous and professional she was, we will definitely be back again, as this was a one off but her class and caliber was a beautiful representation of the restaurant’s esteemed reputation
I had a fantastic experience at AALI'AH! The food was delicious and the service was impeccable at BJs Brewery. I would highly recommend trying the Chicken Wings, Hickory Brisket Bacon Burger with Fries, California Chicken Club Sandwich, Mozzarella Sticks, and Wings. The atmosphere was also top-notch. It was a great spot for a dinner meal, with prices ranging from $30 to $50 per person. Overall, a highly recommended dining destination.
