I am pleasantly surprised!This is a chain and I usually avoid them but I must say I will come back.They have parking and that is always a positive for me !The place is large and the lighting is pretty romantic and soft, the tables are comfortable and they have tvs all over to keep the boys entertained with the latest games playing.The server was friendly and she knew how to navegante the menu, she was great at upselling items while not being pushy. Today was the first time that I went to this restaurant and was greeted with the most nastiest welcome. The young African American lady with orange hair proceeded to sit us at a table and when we told her we wanted to sit elsewhere she took the menus and slammed in on the table and said “You guys can take your menus and sit “wherever you want.. so we went somewhere else and sat down, then she comes back after two mins and said.. “I’m sorry you guys can’t sit there” and I told her you should’ve been clear in the beginning where we can and can’t sit.. she goes “Well I’m telling you now”.. like are serious?!!! First and last time I will ever come here. Don’t come here guys, the CUSTOMER SERVICE...
The Grilled Chicken Alfredo and the Brewhouse Philly I had at this restaurant were hands down the worst meals I've ever had. I can't comprehend how this place has a 4-star rating. If you enjoy flavorless, dull food, then go ahead and indulge. But if not, save your money and avoid this place. It will definitely disappoint your taste buds.
