I’ve been eating at BJ’s for years and haven’t had it in quite some time, so I thought this would be a tried and true restaurant while in Carlsbad. My sandwich and onion rings were luke warm at best, and the waiter decided to tell my daughter they were out of what she ordered as they were bringing food for our whole party, forcing her to order something different and wait for it while the rest of us were eating. I made a reservation for 6 on the time showed up and had to wait 22 minutes to sit down those who went without reservation, it was a 25 minute waiting ridiculous we had a small child that we asked to be served 1st immediately we were last and at least 4 minutes after all others as well as our pre-seed petier burger was well overhauled fruit page viewed from 10 blue berry the only correct blonde was the I will not go back nor will I recommend to others, in which I have asked everyone I have spoken with as to avoid it
We made reservations for Father’s Day for 5.30. We’re seated on time. Floors, table and menu were sticky. Food order took forever and when arrived it was dry and missing stuff. To be specific ordered fully loaded baked potato it came plain as they ran out of bacon and chives. How about let us know that? Bacon cheeseburger came without bacon. Again no communication. Jambalaya -not sure what we got.., some dry spiced rice … will not be going this restaurant again.
The food quality has significantly declined at this restaurant. I decided to try the jambalaya, which is usually a favorite of mine, but this time it tasted like it was drenched in chili seasoning. I could clearly see the seasoning covering every bite, and it was not good at all.

the restaurant of bj is very pleasant to the eye, not many tables are present and a reservation is necessary. the food was very tasty the cocktails are usually ice cubes. it was really nice to just go to dinner.
One meal was wrong waitress didn’t write down the order) the other meal was awful. Meat was dry. Waitress never came back to refill drinks.
it felt great to eat. staff at the door very friendly helpful. good service through our waitress eating was excellent as always!
Servers were overbooked and it took 39 minutes to get sauce for salad it’s crammed and sticky
