This is our second trip to BJ's Restaurant. We returned here to celebrate a birthday because the last time we were there, everything was great. This time we were very disappointed. Our server was not very good and had low energy. She forgot to tell the kitchen we wanted all of our food delivered at the same time, so one meal (soup and salad was brought out too early and we told them we wanted it all at the same time. When it was brought out again with the rest of the orders (minus one that never came and we had to ask for it), the soup was barely warm even though the person delivering it to the table said they dipped it fresh. BJ's Brewhouse is pretty consistent every time we go. Good food in a nice atmosphere. We were there on a Sunday afternoon so lots of football games on the plentiful TVs. We each had a soup and salad combo. I had clam chowder which I thought was above average and my wife had the vegetable soup which she thought was ok more like bean soup she said. Salad was good, but a bit small in size from what we were expecting. We then split a Peanut Butter Pizookie for dessert which we both really enjoyed
Our group of four visited the restaurant for the Prime Rib Special. The deal included a choice of soup or salad, a 16 oz prime rib with two sides, and dessert for $38.00. The service was excellent overall, although there was a slight wait for the prime rib. The restaurant was a bit noisy, but it didn't hinder our ability to hold a conversation.
Decent. I didn't like having to ask for condiments. Regardless of Covid...these are small things that can be provided without me having to ask. Your servers need more breaks if they are required to wear masks the whole time

Our dining experience was fantastic, with excellent service! Despite the restaurant being very busy, we were able to be seated a bit earlier than our reservation time. I highly recommend this place!
So awesome. Our table was ready at specified time. Server was very knowledgeable about the menu items. Everything was very good!! Will definitely go back.
Food was good, although out of ahi tuna for one of our meals to be ordered. Automated check out process wouldn't allow us to change tip amount
Great creative food. My only issue was that they said they didn’t have the mini sized pizza when they had larger sizes

I booked ahead and we got right in, ourserver was great and everyone was nice. The food was delish.
The service was awful, it took an hour and twenty minutes to receive our food.
