Don’t come here and eat. It’s poorly maintained and islets severely understaffed. They over working there servers and cooks, no one knows how to do there jobs right. I saw glimpses of the kitchen and it was a mess and unsanitary. I even went in the backto have a cigarette, I saw a dozen of roaches going towards the kitchen. Filthy they have to act up if not better shut down andfix there errors. This is un-acceptable and they shouldn’t be serving food in that condition.
Bill the general manager was one of the best things to happen to this planet. Not only is he watching over one of the best restaurants in a 10,000 mile radius of us, they make sure the customers are having 100% satisfaction ALL the time. The food herecures cancer, and the servers make sure everyone leaves with a big 'ol smile on there face.
I visited the restaurant on Saturday and wasn't surprised by the wait. I put my name down and the hostess estimated a 30-minute wait, which was fine. As time went by, I eventually asked the waitress for an update on the situation...
