The waiter was exceptional but the hostess station gave extremely poor service. Three hostesses were talking with each other and too busy to seat us. The place was empty, we had reservations and we were on time. Because we used Open Table for the reservation when we arrived and they finally checked us in on their computer, I received a text that my table is ready and to report to the the hostess station. When I told told them about the text and that I am here they looked at me and made snide remarks quietly to themselves about me bothering them. had a reservation for 3 people at 17.30 in a Fri night. Arrived to see many stands/tables empty, but still asked to wait 10-15 minutes before they sit. 3-4 other groups before us. The waiting staff took a while to recognize us and make menus available. The food was fine, although the man enjoyed the baked Ziti very much. Place was filled during our meal.
