Decided I was in the mood for some steak so I chose the Black Angus restaurant in the lobby level of the Holiday inn (Holiday inn express is just across the street). There were few of us considering it was a Tuesday night. This allowed...for friendly service. The steak I requested was medium rare and that is just how I got it. I really enjoyed the steak along with some butter whipped mashed potatoes. I also enjoyed the ceasar salad which actually comes with some tender chicken in it. As I am from Canada and accustomed to the waiter bringing the bill I found myself having to go to the counter to generate the bill and pay for it. Don't bother waiting for the tip amount to come up when you pay....
My brother and I visited this restaurant during a visit to Airbus at the end of March The service was very good and the waiter spoke good English which is just aswell as my French is poor at best. The drinks were brought and...the meal ordered and it came very quickly, and just as we had asked. I had chosen a steak and my brother a steak burger, each with French fries and a side salad, and it was quite possibly the best steak I`ve ever eaten. Dessert was also greatly enjoyed. The only down side was the price. euro for beers and the meals.
A colleague took me here and the fact it was in a Holiday Inn did make me wonder what it would be like. I need not have worried. The staff and service was excellent. The menu was varied but meat does dominate given the restaurant's...name. Prices were reasonable. I'd certainly return when staying at one of the airport hotels. Best to book if you plan on arriving after as it fills up quickly.
Three of us ate there on evening, steaks were cooked to perfection and tasty, good choice on the menu, pleasant surroundings and friendly staff. If you are staying in the Holiday Inn Express hotels then no better choice for a good steak, not the...cheapest average prices but its near the airport and no other real competition near by.

Nothing different to add compared to the other advices: a good steak, a pleasant and relaxing environment, good service. Prices: a bit high. They sould improve the side dishes. I can suggest the Angus Picahna. Tripadvised!
This was the only place open near our hotel. Will not go into all he bad points only to say that the food was edible BUT, the french really shouldn't try and imitate US hotel food. It does not translate well.
The food although prepared for a large customer turn over was very nice, and the staff although some were abrupt, they were very good at their job, nothing was too much trouble.
I had expected the steak to be up to standard given it is their main purpose but mine was quite chewy and overcooked.
