Was honestly disappointed by this place. In the past often here and it was great. At first we went with reservations, but had to wait 15 minutes, angry, but okay, I suppose. The staff was not apologetic at all and was completely stone. We finally sat, but the staff forgot us. 15 minutes passed and we didn't even get water. We decided to go somewhere else, and we told them we'd go ahead because we don't have a service. The staff shredded and said without care. It was depressing to see a place I love to sink to this level of service.
The food was delicious, but the seating was terrible, we almost immediately took place what was nice, but we had a handicap person in a wheelchair and they sat us in the back of the restaurant nowhere near the entrance not mindful that he was handicapped (my 80 yr old grandpa.. and they sat at a very small table that had a rod right beside him, instead of going to sit on a bigger table grandpa.
We came to the Bourbon Experience dinner tonight and it was very good. All the food courses were excellent, the drinks were tasty and the shots were interesting. I'm not much of a Bourbon drinker, but one of them was actually really good, the second one (I don't remember the name. The filet was extraordinary! And the cheesecake at the end was awesome. I couldn't eat it (except for a bite.
Food and service was good as usual. The hostess confessed she didn’t know anything about how the restaurant ran or how to Cashion coupons. Our server was a little slow in keeping our drinks refilled but pleasant and helpful.

There was a mix up with our reservations and somehow our table got taken by another party. But the staff was able to quickly find another table for us! On mother's day too and it was awesome! The food and staff were great!
Husband and I make it a point to eat something here and they really never disappointed. We had both Prime Rib with the CAMPFIRE FEAST. Twas yum! The staff was super friendly and attentive? We're full and happy? Thank you.
