I visited this restaurant with a friend and my girlfriend; it was their first time here. I've also been here for family birthday breakfasts. I must say, the food has been consistently excellent during my visits. The location is easily accessible, and there is plenty of parking available. The waitstaff is always polite and friendly. If you've only been to Denny's or IHOP, I highly recommend trying this place instead—it's a great alternative!
Love Gloria she’s the most sweetest funniest great personality great Waitress we love Gloria. She needs a raise. She’s right on top of everything we’re gonna come back Gloria is everything wonderful person all waitresses should be like her. She’s very hard-working and if she has a problem, you’ll never know it. Food is so good, portions are huge. And the menu has so much on it. Perfect for any time of day. We love the ambience too, feels like we’re in Big Bear. I only wish there were more locations. Darlene was wonderful, gave us our space to eat but also made sure we were doing ok and topped off our coffee right on time.
I just wanted to say that Darlene was such a sweet heart! Today was the first time I brought my mother to BearBlackDiner in Ontario of mountain and 60 fwy and she loved it hands down !!!!! This is the second time we've ordered from this location via DoorDash, and both times we've found missing items in the sealed bag. This time, my daughter's pancakes were left out. We won't be ordering from here again.
Chino Black Bear always bring the best hospitality, especially Gloria, such a great hostess and always talks to us with the most respect, and treats us exceptionally : 10/10 recommend !
