The food was great! Our server was super sweet and got our order perfect and it came out pretty quick. It was towards the end of the lunch shift so our server was taking tables and orders and basically needed help. I spotted the manager, bald man in a blue shirt sleeved shirt, casually chatting with a customer. He was literally 4 feet from our table while I was standing with my 9 month old grandson looking for our server and keeping him calm. After a few min I found some boxes on my own and even got my own bag. The manager saw me do this as he made eye contact when I went to get the paper bag for my leftovers. No, I'm more than satisfied with everything, starting with the customer service, especially from our beautiful waitress/server ASHLEY. She was so patient and friendly. I have to be fair and fair is fair. The reason why only outside and lobby pictures is because…we went at 11:45 am and there was 11 people waiting for two I say 2 workers in the whole entire place. I’m sure kitchen staff was there but two people working. Greeting, serving, checking out and taking orders on the phone. Very very poor operation on a Wednesday lunch time. We walked back out after waiting 9 minutes of nothing but just observing the operations. I can understand the waitress attitude towards the 3 customers sitting down. Sorry I can’t give food review on this one but as far as the whole operation place gets a minus C.
My family brought me here for my birthday. Great food, nice service, but it took a good minute for our food to come out. A family of 6 got their food before us; a party of 3 and we ordered before them. So I had to knock down a star for that. But otherthen that, had a good time.
