So when we got there service was kind of attentive but every time she would come over she kind of skipped over people when taking orders the waitress never really touched base with us after dropping our food off when I needed a fork. our food actually ended up sitting in the window getting cold when we got it everything was lukewarm we asked for Dr peppers and all the Dr peppers were flat and then when they try to fix it it there was just no carbonation at all still. I really enjoyed eating at Black Bear. I have never been to one before and I wasn't sure what to expect. I was really happy with the selection of options. A traditional diner to be sure but very good. As a big guy, I loved the large servings and I admittedly had less leftovers than I care to admit. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hearty breakfast.
Clarissa was so attentive, had a great attitude, and was very professional. Great experience and great server, she deserves a raise. It’s rare to find someone who actually cares about their job now a days.
Wonderful experience! We had the best server, I believe her name is Brianna! Breakfast was delicious my kids ate every bite, which is rare!! I definitely recommend the Breakfast items.
