Black Tom's is really close to my office, so because of its location it is a very convenient venue to hold various work lunches and functions. We have been here in small and large groups, and overall the experience has been so sad. We have given the restaurant many many opportunities to redeem itself and unfortunately it continues to deteriorate not only in terms of the food on offer but especially the service. I do not recommend Black Tom's to anyone who wants a meal in a timely manner or with servers who leave you sitting at your table for half an hour without ordering and avoiding eye contact. I personally will never go back again. Please just don't....

Wasn't as busy as i thought it might be due to Adele being on nearby, my Fiancés meal of fish n chips was large n yummy but my lamb was so full of fat i found it strange a chef would serve it up. Potatoe fondant was tiny n tasteless.
Scallops where beautiful though.

Terrible experience. They messed up almost all our orders. The 3 out of 10 orders were steak and an hour later after the rest have eaten, still no steak. They then served the steaks, but 90seconds later took the steaks back saying there was a mistake, and gave it to a table that had ordered well after us.

The best pork belly I have tasted in a very long time.. The service by the columbian waitress was amazing..I will be back to try the rest of the menu.
