I would rate this restaurant a 5 for atmosphere, service, and exceptional food. However, the prices are a bit high; $18 for 6 dumplings, fries, and tea feels excessive. That said, there are some great deals available.

I decided to take a short trip to Blackbird Café while visiting my sister in the city. My son and daughter-in-law mentioned that they go there to eat once a week, so I was eager to check it out.

I met a friend for lunch and was delighted by the menu options, which also included cocktails! I tried the crispy fried shrimp, and it was absolutely delicious!
