Many thanks to Leon, Katrina and all the staff for making our 47th wedding anniversary meal memorable on Tuesday. Your staff are friendly and efficient. Your 'Can do ' attitude to customer service is very welcome. Not all local establishments adopt your policy! Your menu choice of food was excellent, our meals were full of flavour and extremely well presented. My pot of mussels and beef Stroganoff were outstanding. The only criticism could be portion control!! My wife 's face when the Chicken beef Shawarma was placed on the table was ' a picture ' The caption for the image attached reads: I didn 't order the sharing plate, how do you expect me to manage that! A brilliant meal absolutely loads of it to be fair. Stepdaughter took half the nachos starter home lol. Massive mega burger and SD and wife said fish chips was better than the famous brand chipper here. My only thing is they don't really have real ales. They have John Smiths Bitter and Shipwreck IPA and that's it. The interior is very clean and tidy ad were the toilets. Great food, great value. Can't go wrong.
Came for lunch today for first time. We will definitely be coming back. The food was excellent. I had steak pie and it was delicious. Mum had the lasagne and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. Will definitely be back soon. Thank you
Visited the blacksmiths arms today and couldn't fault it at all! The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was absolutely amazing.. We both had steaks which were cooked to perfection and the puddings were lovely. Will definitely be returning. Book a table now
Great dinner here tonight. G/F fish curry was so delicious with many fish and king shrimps as well as rice and chips. The steak was perfectly cooked with all the usual accompaniments. attentive, friendly staff.
Visited a couple of times, the food has been a good standard on each occasion. Definitely recommend booking in advance. One thing to note is they deliver the bill to your table, but you pay at the counter.
Food absolutely beautiful I had a Greek salad with chicken. It was delicious. My husband had the baked beef he really enjoyed. We'll come back. Service was very pleasant beautiful lady.
