Unfortunately, I can only evaluate the bread-back mixes from the Blattert mill, as I have not yet managed to personally look past. I am passionate about baking bread without a lot of buckling snack and am delighted with the Blattert products. So I can bake bread from different flours without hoarding flours in the cupboard. Who is a passionate hobby bread baker, just like me, is very good here. The variety of products is overwhelming. I bought some new stuff and I'll test it at home. Very friendly staff, both in the store and in the attached café. Both have a pleasant, pleasant atmosphere. Conclusion: absolutely recommended, the trip was worth it!
Very great sales space, really very nicely furnished and the products first. I have so far tried the flour mixes for potato bread, brew bread and the grains of bread, fantastic, rarely so fine.
