Blaze Pizza - Table reservation

If I could give negative stars I would because of the lack of management response to our disappointing visit. I responded to their feedback request, used their online form to submit feedback and left this review on here a month ago. Good customer service would have followed up with me by now and addressed the concerns.Original review:I placed an online order and went in to pick up my order. The cashier said it was still in the oven. I waited ten more minutes and no one followed up with me so I started looking around at pizzas. I found one of mine then asked where the other one was. November 12, 2021: I ordered a 1 top pep and this is how my pizza came out(see photo attached)I submitted this photo to customer service and received the following response:“November 12, 2021Dear Ryan:We're sorry to hear that the quality of your food was anything less than amazing. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know. During your next visit, please feel free to ask the team members for more toppings..Very best regards,The Blaze Pizza Team”After receiving that response I said never returning again then a couple days later I received an email from the operator of the restaurant apologizing and inviting me in to make it up to me. I took his offer and was satisfied this time around!

Ideal size pizza, made to order. Great taste and always hot. One of my favorite pizza places with great topping choices.
