Let’s just say this place is way over hyped . I tried placing my order online , website down . I then called to be told I cannot plan an order over the phone . To try the website again or place through doordash I told the lady absolutely not my food would then be double the price . So I tried the website again still did not work so I went to restaurant to place an order, was told they don’t do walk-in orders to scan the QR code . Mmmm ok I let them know the website is not working . Was told if it doesn’t work I will go ahead and take your order . Placed my order through the QR code . Me and my wife went on Sunday and ordered the garlic noodles, parmesean shrimp and chicken. The noodles was extremely salty. I called them and spoke to Alex who did his best at providing customer service. He told me to come back anytime so I chose to go on Tuesday around 12. When they open to get my food and I thought it would be what I remember when I first had this food in long Beach but sadly ? it was nasty so I lost 96 bucks for the food and that not including gas going back and forth to get the food maybe it's time to look for new chefs who can cook without too much salt this is my honest review about this place.
Oh my gosh, it was my niece's birthday, and we couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate! Bleu Kitchen Garlic Noodle Bar treated us like royalty. Every single dish that was served was absolutely delicious! Our amazing server, Antwan, is truly the best—he made us feel so welcome and at home. The food was fantastic, and the hospitality was top-notch. And they serve oxtail tacos, how awesome is that?! A big thank you to Alex as well for helping to make our night so special!
Bleu Kitchen exceeded my expectations. I DO WISH THEY SERVED ALCOHOL. I was in town from GA and came across this place on reddit. It's nowhere near the strip which was a plus for me because free parking. Food was amazing, staff was friendly and the vibe was perfect.We weren't hassled about any reservations, just walked in. When we got there, the restaurant was empty but within 20 minutes it was full and for good reason.

We were seated pretty fast and the restaurant is very clean . We came here for Valentines lunch and tried the oysters with the added crab ! It was so amazing I wanted more . I ordered the shrimp bang garlic noddles there were good but I would recommend to get your sauce on the side or they put less garlic because it tasted like I was eating a garlic clove !
Antwan provided excellent service, helping me with great recommendations. Although he mentioned he was relatively new, you wouldn't have guessed it; his positive energy really elevated my experience. I also want to mention that this is a Black-owned business, which I was proud to support. If you find yourself in Vegas, don't miss out on this gem!
Bleu Kitchen Garlic Noodle Bar is a fantastic place to visit. It has a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, with friendly and attentive service (Thank you, Alex). The menu is full of delicious options, and our favorite dish is the Shrimp Trio. I highly recommend Bleu Kitchen Garlic Noodle Bar!
The food and service were very good. We ordered a variety of things off the menu, and everything hit. No misses here. Praying they get a bigger spot soon.
