After many difficulties to have a table (small restaurant and great fame) we have a divine evening at the Bliss.Beautiful, pleasant and relaxing, the tables are not too close to each other. We let ourselves be guided by the chef for the dishes, and by his wife for the wines and it is only pleasure. The kitchen is delicate, inventive, tasty, it is a treat for taste buds but also for the eyes because the presentation is beautiful. for the wines we made beautiful discoveries and when we didn't too much appreciate an unusual wine the owner immediately offered us something else. desserts are also at the height. short from beginning to end it is perfect.Book and you will spend a great time.
passing on merignac, this restaurant is a good surprise. the possibility of dinner is only upon reservation and the places are therefore limited. This avoids a brouha and it remains more intimate..The welcome is warm and the places are (for my part) contemporary. a beautiful wine map will be offered to you, don't hesitate to take the wines less known but equally tasteful. the card is quite atypical but the dishes are very good qualities and excellefully well prepared by the chef. I had an explosion of flavors and colors of all kinds. I can only advise this establishment and I will be happy to come back to it with the opportunity given to me.
Everything from service and experience to food and wine was exceptional. The restaurant is located in a charming location outside the central Bordeux, but very worth the short taxi ride. When entering, we were added with a welcome letter and a map of ingredients that we... identify in every dish that added a great element of fun and conversation to our experience. The food was flawless, each dish singed with taste and technical skill and creativity in the presentation. Could not recommend more and great value for money!
very good restaurantcuisine refined service fast because the booking catches are spreading welcoming and warm location at the foot of a new building is made forget by the kitchen, reception and the menu frame is presented by a choice of 2 dishes per flat entrances and dessertsthe choice is made between dishes either sea or land for me that is made all the gourmet restaurants of bordeaux is the best for a price to 40 euros!!!

A funny and completely different kind of experience. The decor, vibe and layout is beautiful. The food presentation and quality was top notch. And the whimsical puzzle of guessing each of the ingredients added a new turn to enjoy a culinary night!
