On the positive side, the service was good, and the appetizers were impressive. The corn soup and mussels were exceptional. The oysters were just okay; I felt the foam overshadowed the oyster's flavor, though I appreciate the effort to try something innovative. The wings were tasty and crispy, and the shrimp were also satisfactory. Now for the major drawback: both entrees we ordered were inedible. The steak frites was particularly difficult to enjoy, especially since we weren't provided with a steak knife. The quality of the meat was poor and genuinely disappointing. The beef kulgohi was also unappetizing and had a strange taste; the beef looked unappealing, resembling a loofah in texture....

Let's call this haute Korean fusion, what else could ;you call a place that serves lobster risotto enlivened by Korean spices? The menu is limited, not the vast (and somewhat confusing enormous list you'll typically find at Asian restaurants, but that's just fine as everything we had was pleasing and quite tasty. Spice and heat levels of the dishes are tailored to inflict pleasure rather than pain. Desserts are decidedly western (cheesecake, creme brulee, lava cake,...... but also decidedly delicious. Bring your own vodka to enhance the delicious mostly fruit-based drinks they serve. Service is attentive, prices are on the steep side. I look forward to returning.

This was one of the best meals I've ever had. We started with a tasty complimentary kale salad and some sourdough bread with olive tapenade, both of which were amazing! The charred octopus was unbelievably good, and the mussels appetizer was a close contender. (I may or may not have used a spoon to savor the fennel, jalapeño, and cream broth.) The crisp pork belly and braised short rib were also out of this world. On top of that, the four staff members who served us were incredibly attentive and professional. If you haven't been, it's a must-try! Next time, I plan to bring a bottle of tequila or vodka to mix into the mocktails!

I love French and Korean food separately, but put them together and wow!The place is small so get a reservation. Seating is time regulated. Don't be late. Interior is clean and modern. Staff is top class. ?Corn soup was out of this world. So silky it will make you cry. Escargot had a creamy sauce with toasted baguette slices yum! Spicy shrimp was just right. Sweet and spicy chicken wings were plump and large. The pork belly entree melts in your mouth and pleasantly surprised it was so generous! I ate half there and heated the other half at home. It was just as delicious 2 days later.Go, and go early because parking was crazy. Book a table now

We had a private bridal shower at Bloom and from the first contact to the last, everything was perfect. The chef/owner, the general manager and the wait staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating to all of our requests (and there were many! . And then there was the food! It was plentiful (an understatement and absolutely amazing. Everyone was raving about it everyone that attended the shower said they will be back for dinner at another time. I wish I could say there was one outstanding dish but we All really loved everything.

I visited this restaurant for an impromptu date night and was thoroughly impressed. The crispy chicken was fantastic. I also tried the octopus, which was perfectly cooked and paired beautifully with the squid ink quinoa, as well as the bone marrow, which truly stole the spotlight. For our main courses, we had the beef short ribs, which were tender and absolutely delightful, and the pork belly, which was both savory and sweet with just the right amount of heat. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

Incredible food! Really nice place, but the food is the real draw here. Delectable French/Korean fusion, everything we had was delicious, and the cost was far more reasonable than one might expect for such a fancy place with such great food. Highly recommended, one of the best restaurants in an area packed with great food.

Very small but cute restaurant. Food was an excellent fusion of Korean and French. We sat at the kitchen counter window and watched the cooks at work. Decent portions. BYOB, with a liquor store across the street.Parking: Park along the street or in the public lot behind the restaurant. Limited parking in both. Book a table now

I ordered the Korean glass noodles because I typically enjoy this dish. Unfortunately, they were extremely sweet, making it difficult to enjoy. It would be great if there was a way to customize the sweetness level, as the overpowering sweetness overshadowed everything else. I was quite disappointed.
