I've never been to Miami (or Cuba) but this place has the best Cuban sandwich I've ever eaten. If you live in the region SE Michigan, NE Ohio, do yourself a favor to drive to this place and try this sandwich. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. The wings are also quite amazing. Super friendly staff, cleanly maintained interiors and many bar games. One of my favorite spots for lunch or beer after work with the guys.
This bar has a very empty, small town feel, despite in a city that is anything but. It looks a little dated inside but fits the bill of cheap, local bar. That said, I'm not quite sure how I managed to spend $70 on a few beers and 3 shots, but oh well despite having just one waitress, she was working overtime and did a good job keeping our glasses full.
This is a great place for lunch in Maumee, great food and very reasonable prices. They have an array of sandwiches and menu items to choose from, and they have just started making 16 inch pizzas, just not on the menu yet. I highly recommend this place for lunch, and the staff is also very friendly.
I just had my retirement dinner with employees. Tony was very accommodating for about 20 people. We all had lunch special and it was great and also a good price. We had a great time. The service was excellent and I recommend it to come here.
