Blue Lion - Table reservation

Started with deliciously grilled Wasabi Elch and the restaurant won me with my fiance plate of the roasting frame of lamb. This Jalapeño Minze sauce is definitely a new taste for me. In any case, you want the recipe on it. I have the Huckleberry scallops that were still pretty good. But if I go back, I'd get the lamb frame instead. We came closer so it was just us in the restaurant. When we entered, there were some customers and they saved over the food. And that wasn't a joke! ... If I am in the area later, we will definitely reserve it!

While on our trip, we ate a lot of lamb. One of the best lamb racks is the one at The Blue Lion (it was suggested by a local here in Jackson). Portion to price is very palatable. The crust on the perfectly cooked lamb rack adds a sweet note to it. It makes it sing. For a starter, we ordered duck cakes. Delish. The French onion soup was tasty and even though I'm not a salad person, even the salad was yummy. The service was great. Our server was a very down-to-earth fella. We enjoyed chatting with him.

For the first time here. In any case, the best French onion has soup we've ever had! The steaks are really good. The service was mediocre. Our waiter seemed to avoid the table usually. The bartender made fantastic drinks! There was a little live music and that was all more fun. We'll definitely come back when we're close!

Very nice place. Cosy, very good service and friendly waiter. Answer all my questions and gave a big suggestion. The food was delicious that we enjoyed everything. The guitarist was also really good and played beautiful melodies. We had a great experience.

We enjoyed the Elch zartloin and local trout. The salad and the house dressing were very good. Carlos played guitar on the veranda while they were there, which was really nice.
