Dined at Bluebird for Sunday Brunch and we enjoyed our time there. The ambiance is very clean, open and full of natural light. The honey biscuits are a must try for a starter. It 's both sweet and savory, and the lemon rosemary honey butter made it more mouthwatering. The lamb burger was good, I would 've preferred a little less feta, as it was a huge slab. Our table had chicken and waffles and garden scramble bowls which they enjoyed. The best part of our dining experience was our drinks and our bartender/server Blake. Glad I tired it but doubt I'll be back. This place is bright and pretty but that is the only great thing I can say about it. Granted, it was a Sunday evening but there did not seem to be a bartender. After waiting 10 minutes for a drink, I was able to flag down the manager, and he passed my order to someone who was also a server. We visited this restaurant for the third time yesterday, as it is one of our favorite spots to dine! The food is high quality and the selection is unique, including delicious cocktails. The service is friendly and knowledgeable, and the ambiance is wonderful. During our first visit over a month ago, we were impressed by the food, cocktails, and service. I am particular about my eggs benedict and wanted to find a spot with the perfect benny on a biscuit and not a dry English muffin. After visiting a couple of places on the Island, I learned about Bluebird. I was there a couple of weeks ago and had a salmon benny with a wonderful lemon herb butter on the side to put on my biscuit, and a Johnny Castle mocktail (passionfruit and ginger). I don't even like passion fruit but wanted to try the drink because I was intrigued by the ginger. Fantastic! Bluebird is my new spot now.
We had a very nice meal last night. The food was very good but I was disappointed with the cocktail “nobody puts baby in the corner “. I was delicious but it was served in a short glass with about an inch of liquid with a large round ice cube with all the rose petals frozen inside. So I wonder how much liquid really was in it since the ice cube raised volume, Literally 2 small sips and it was gone. For $18.00, that was not worth it. We had a wonderful dining experience at the restaurant thanks to the fantastic service provided by Jose. He helped us choose our dishes and made our Anniversary celebration even more special. Our meal was delicious and we will definitely be coming back for more.
The appetizers were good and drinks as well. But the entire was pretty salty. Gor the steak and doesn’t taste like dry age as advertised and the potatoes and eggs were salty. Not just my plate but other as well.

The service at this restaurant was outstanding. The staff was attentive and helpful, providing a level of service not often seen. The pork chop, branzino, and butternut apple risotto were all excellent choices.
Always a great meal at Bluebird Kitchen. Manager and staff are so attentive and friendly. The chicken Milanese is my absolute favorite! But all the selections are unique and delicious. Cocktails are great too!
