The food was incredibly delicious and the staff were very friendly—definitely worth every bite! The patties could have used just a little more salt, but they were still tasty. They had run out of kettle chips, but didn't inform me until I asked. It would have been nice if they had proactively offered a substitute, however, it wasn't a big deal for me as I didn't really need them. Others might have appreciated having a replacement option though. I ordered the K-Town burger for my friend and the Bang-Bang burger wrapped in lettuce without the bun for myself.
The staff were friendly and welcoming when I interacted with them. However, my burger was mostly hanging off the bun, and when I tried to put the patty back on, the bun and onion ring fell apart. The fountain drinks were also very disappointing. After trying a replacement drink that was even worse than the first, I inquired if there was an issue with the machine. I was informed that, yes, the machine was broken, and they apologized for that. Overall, I spent $36 on two burgers, two fries, and drinks that were undrinkable. I won’t be coming back.

The wait time was incredibly long, with only two staff members working. I ordered a soda and didn't receive it until 30-40 minutes later. Service rating: 1.

I ordered the Hmong pepper burger and it wasn't as good as the first time I had it. There seems to be less pepper on it now compared to my last visit.
