No es un restaurante al uso, ni siquiera de los de alto nivel. Es una experiencia gastronómica, que combina un entorno idílico, un ambiente lujo-vintage y, por supuesto, cocina de alta gama. Atención personalizada, buen ritmo de entrega de las comandas y platos delicados, pero complejos. Magnífico. Ahora bien, todo esto, lógicamente, hay que pagarlo. Ideal para eventos o para impresionar a conocidos de fuera que vienen a Cáceres.
Excelente relación calidad-precio. Ponen mucho interés en cada detalle y se nota. El arroz con rabo de toro, perfecto; el cabrito, riquísimo y los postres, quizás los mejores que he probado. Soy cocinera y entiendo bien la mano de obra que se necesita para sacar los platos así. Fue una experiencia inolvidable. El único inconveniente: no es fácil encontrar. Podrían mejorar la señalización.
On my visit to Cáceres on 08/26/2023 we went to eat at B-NOMIO and the result was: EXCELLENT! Creative appetizers, the fantastic oxtail rice, the dessert and the little tree with the shot, another detail. Highly recommended restaurant, the place is very well decorated, the staff attentive and pleasant and the food super delicious, we ordered gyozas, oxtail rice and for dessert a “false peach”. I would return without hesitation, a real pleasure. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Book a table now

Excessive price for a normal meal, I have to say that the service and the food were quite delicious, but it seems very excessive to me that a bottle of water costs €4.50, I am surprised that a Coca-Cola costs less than a bottle of water.
Platós excelentes, y mejor servicio, muchos detalles en entrantes y en los postres, aún cuando me han cambiado un plato que no me gustó, no han puesto ninguna objeción, super amables muy recomendable
