first I appareaciate the cooking passion for Japanese food. I ate in many restaurants outside france. I would say bo sushi is up to the high lever. fish fresh from the local market catching the day. on the wall there is a noteboard that shows the customer the variety of fresh seafood of the day. reis is good California rice (this is one of my expectation to the rice because it is very important in sushi). I certainly recommend to everyone and I will return. I don't agree it's above the price.

In Bretagne fish is plenty and we thought it'd be a good place to enjoy sushi. BoSushi does very good sushi using a mix of local catch of the day and more classic sushi fish (salmon, tuna). The food was pretty good, desert (sesame ice...cream) even better. We ordered the menu decouverte but we wished it had come with more local fish and less salmon and such. Staff was a bit shy and cold but overall friendly. Call ahead they book up very quickly and the wait can be long.

if they want to see that their meal is prepared by excellent fresh fish from an expert soi cook, they make sure they sit on the counter. Do not miss the Wasabi ice cream, uzo, kokosnuss and even the sea weeds, not what they do. the ingrediants really expect delicious. house wine is also good, but avoid the saki.

if they like raw fish, this is a great place to eat, cheap and intimate, the owner/cook is entertaining and speaks excellent English once he has served prince charles, they ask him to make his impression.
