I love this restaurant on Lake George. It's more low-key than the busy village vibe and you can't beat the lower dining section that's actually over the water. Good food and drink selection but the main draw is definitely the waterfront location. You can easily spend a good chunk of the day sitting there just watching all the activity.
Stopped in last night, my wife and I have never been there. We had a great waiter and to us that makes all the difference. We both had their 10 oz sirloin steak and it was so delicious. It was a great experience and will be back again.
One of the best restaurants and resorts on Lake George, it features breathtaking views, outstanding service, delectable food, and a fantastic ambiance. I highly recommend the Boathouse Restaurant for your next visit to Lake George.

This is one of my favorite restaurants! The food and service are always outstanding, and the view is breathtaking. A few years ago, I hosted my daughter’s wedding at the Boathouse, and everything was perfect!
The view from the balcony was beautiful and the food was good. The pear salad was delicious. Our waiter was very friendly and courteous.
