I don’t leave to many reviews, and usually when I do it’s to warn people not to go there. However, I was traveling back to Michigan and stopped at a bob Evans just off of 80/90 toll road in south bend Indiana and had the pleasure of being waited on by one of the most pleasant and professional waitresses I’ve ever experienced. Her name is Vivian and I’m sure she brings people back to this particular establishment. Thanks Vivian. You made my dinning experience A+
Placed an online order... Check# 890039...was very specific...everything is even printed on my receipt but yet STILL INCORRECT!!! How difficult is it to read directions? Ordered a 1/2 sandwich (BLT) and Chicken salad combo. We asked for mayo on the BLT because they NEVER put it on!!! Well they still didn't!! I asked for French Dressing for my salad...Received NONE!!! I mean come on!!!
My family used to enjoy dining at Bob Evans, but the quality of the food has become inconsistent, and the service has been poor. After a long wait to place our order, the waitress seemed bothered by our drink requests. The food was subpar, and prices have increased. I would love to return if they can improve their consistency. It's a real disappointment.
My husband and I went in for dinner not knowing that they were about to close and the front counter person was very rude talking under her breath she didn't even greet us . And then Stated that they couldn't sit any more tables she didn't tell us why ! And then someone else told us that they couldn't sit us because they closed in 10 mins Book a table now
Do not go here!! We took our son to breakfast and now he has food poisoning… everything was overcooked as well not worth the money at all we will never eat at Bob Evan’s again. They were also known to have cockroaches a few years back but we wanted to give it a shot. Never again.
The seating was fast, the waitress was very pleasant. It was prepped for our kid with a highchair without asking. The food came out accurately and fast, and tasted great. I will be back.Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu and accommodations.
