Second time here thought we would give it one more shot. What a mistake. Our waitress was Old Lady and she was horrible. Talk about age discrimination!!! And you can laugh at it but it was obvious. We sat for about 15 minutes before greeted then after that she rushed us through ordering while she conversated with all the other tables she had. Didn't rush them at all. My family and I had dinner here last night. Management had an bad attitude unpleasant customer service. We waited 10 mins for a table for 5, only 6 people were in the restaurant, when seated I noticed it was freezing, I mean cold! Requested to turn the heat up, the manager replied that thermostat is broken 61 degrees with a 2 year child. Our food was not hot for long due to the temperature. Stopped by a couple days ago and found the portions to be very small. Our hash browns portions were so small that it was a joke. Very very small eggs. Everything was cooked ok, but we left hungry. Will not be back. I now understand why all the Bob Evans have closed. They used to be wonderful, now their portion size is making people go elsewhere. They should check out their competition, because they are being outclassed.
Dined alone the morning, 1/09/23, in safe part of town, right off Hwy 70. Service was excellent. Restaurant and restroom was clean and serviced. I tried for the first time a Western omelette — onions were too much for me and not cooked well. Prolly could have rated a five otherwise (I’m sure I could have said something and it would have been replaced but I didn’t have time).

I went there a couple of weeks ago for a casual breakfast with my significant other. The food was certainly tasty, but by far, our server was the star of the morning! She* was so friendly and funny! Her serving-style was the perfect combination of friendly service without being ovrbearing. We had a very pleasant experience overall. *Unfortunately, I cannot recall her name.
Server dropped off our food. Never checked back on us except to give check 20 min later. No syrup for pancakes, we were never given a chance to ask for syrup, hot sauce. There was no nuts or whip cream on the special banana pancakes like shown. In general a average experience.
I hate to say it but they've lost a customer, not that businesses these days care. I can't pay$6 for soup that fits in a Dixie cup, $20 for a steak the size of a big Mac pattie. I used to look forward to their food.
I love this place, there food is so good. Literally I want to eat here everyday that it’s so good. Bob Evans love your food
