We went to this restaurant 2 nights in a row. We checked the closing time online. It said 8 pm. When we arrived the first night before 8, the doors were locked despite the hours on the door indicating they would be open until 9 pm. The second night we got to the restaurant a little earlier. I went to the door to make sure they were open before summoning my husband to come in. This time the door was open, but we were still told they would not serve us. I don't really care what hours they want to stay open, and I do have empathy for businesses that can't find help, but if you are going to close early, make sure that is posted. positiw: the staff was super great and the restaurant was reasonably cleancons: that was eating terrible. cobb salat was 60% topping, the bacon bits and the bacon strips were terrible: fat and hard or the pancakes were not terrible, but they were not good, and one of the melon slices tasted like it was going bad. disclaimer: I didn't go to other bob evans so I can't comment whether eating was a chain problem or a location problem. (the employees were very friendly, attentive and on the dinge) child-friendly: if eating was better, it would be child-friendly. the child menu offers good options and prices, and there are games on the child menu.
The serve we received was horrible the waitress never came to check on us, she forgot my kids eggs. The silverware was dirty old food stuck to the knife and fork. Old coffee or hot chocolate stain on the spoon. Waitress did not assist with this issue had 2 different people help me. Never came to see if we were good after that. After eating our food with plastic forks, I had to get the waitress for to-go containers and check.
I was extremely impressed! We were supposed to pick up dinner at our Church, but they had canceled the dinners. We decided to go to the Bob Evans restaurant in Canton instead. The food was absolutely delicious! The portions were very generous and the service was friendly. I even have leftovers to enjoy later. Thank you for saving Thanksgiving! Keep up the great work.

The waitress was either new or not skilled. I got corn instead of the carrots I ordered. When the carrots came out they looked old and didn't have the glaze on it. My daughter's mashed potatoes were cold and when they brought more those were cold too. I was discounted for my meal. Only because (as my daughters say) I had to be a Karen and complain.
Main entrance windows need cleaning. Silverware either dirty, tarnished or too old, sent back a couple of times.Glass of milk was dirty.Bathrooms, both men and women were dirty, floor was disgusting.The food had a different taste to it, was not the greatest.We will not be returning to this location. Very dissappointed.
I like eating, we had a group of three. how many restaurants in the post pandemic 2022 seemed to experience the personal less. the location was clean in the interior, but looked worn out outside. we thought it was closed. we're just patrons in the morning.
we came to canton for a high time, and had a chance to eat and try new places we have never eaten. bob. evans is a new place for us, and it was a nice experience, eating was good and the customer service was also good.

The staff at this restaurant are friendly and attentive. Their signature dish, the Wildfire, is truly outstanding! I enjoy dining here because it's conveniently located near my work and the service is quick and polite.
This restaurant serves the best biscuits and gravy! The service is good and their sweet tea is delicious. It's always a great experience dining here.
