This was by far the worst service experience I’ve had in 46 years. My wife, our grandchild, and I arrived at 7:30 and were greeted and seated at 7:45, even though there were only five other customers in the entire restaurant. After a wait of another ten minutes, our waitress finally came to assist us. We placed both our food and drink orders, but another ten minutes passed before our food was brought out. We had to remind the waitress that we still hadn't received our drinks, and she returned two minutes later without apologizing for the oversight. To make matters worse, she didn’t bring any straws, so I had to go to the front counter to get them myself.
I normally do not leave bad reviews but this Bob Evans deserves this review. I ordered the Wildflower Chicken salad; they no longer have the (half) size so I had to order the full-size. DISGUSTING!!! What a waste of money; the sauce which use to be so flavorful was horrible and the chicken nuggets were hard as rock pebbles; yes, a person could break a tooth trying to eat them. I'm so disappointed and will never go back. Oh, and I was asked to pay a tip at the register and I PICKED UP my own order!!!!
The food took an excessively long time to arrive at my table, and when it finally did, it was cold. The French toast, eggs, and bacon were burned, while the home fries were undercooked. The servers, however, were hardworking and supportive of each other, and they definitely deserve a raise. If I could rate the food a zero, I absolutely would.
I had a lovely, quiet breakfast with no wait time, and we were seated promptly. The server was friendly and attentive, making our experience enjoyable. The dining area was clean, and the food was delicious at a reasonable price.

Our server Tara did a perfect job. She was pleasant timely. The food was prepared well served hot. Good job.
Everyone is doing their best, but just so understaffed. Please tip these people, they are working very hard.
