I have always experienced the service as fast and friendly. a point-down will be received but nevertheless, because here you cannot pay with EC card (stand mai 2017). that is really a big manko and will catch some unprepared eat ice cold. does not fit to the otherwise great concept. my conclusion: continue so, but finally create a card reader for the sake of heaven.
