On top of this, the service has deteriorated significantly. When this place first opened, even with lines stretching around the block, the employees were attentive and did their best to keep up with the orders, often running around in the kitchen. Now, they seem to just stand around in the back, chatting while the orders pile up. Our barista had a friend come through the back, and the two of them were just hanging out, laughing, and completely ignoring the ten customers waiting for their drinks, which still hadn't been started. Ordered a matcha milk tea and it tasted terrible. Mixed it really well and every other sip was either too sweet or just bad, meaning the boba was over sweetened. Hardly tasted the matcha. Inside was dirty too, trash everywhere on the ground, trash bins full and hidden away under the counter. Employees never greeted customers and were busy yapping in the back. Management needs to step in keep the place clean and train their employees correctly how to make drinks and interact with customers. Probably the worst boba guys I've been to and they're usually pretty decent.
Went inside 2 people working was with my wife and 2 kids all ready to orderone person was working on phone orders another person came walking out from the back niether employee said they would be right with us waited sbout 5 minutes they were both in the back drinking there own boba drink one of them walked out again and said nothing as they turned around and walked to the back again terrible customer service if i was owner i would have fired the both of them. Disgusting, usually love the place, but the employees keep getting my order wrong, the past 4 times I’ve been, I have been given almond jelly instead of aloe, and I am severely lactose intolerant. This is awful service and I wish they would check the receipts twice. 1/10 will probably not visit
