We arrived at about 12:30 today and sat in a booth. There were two other booths occupied with the folks behind us eating and a group of about 6 guys waiting for their food. So, not busy at all. Our server was pleasant, brought us our beverages and took our food order. Then we waited for 45 minutes. The food included, soup, quesadillas, and a combo dish that included wings and veggie nachos. Nothing fancy that would require extended cooking time. The chicken with rice soup and the french onion soup were both very salty. The wings were pretty good but the rest of the order was just OK. It's clear why the place was so empty at the height of the lunch hour, everybody else knows how slow the plac...
The food was really good. Service was so slow. It took a long time to even get a server then once we ordered took quite a bit of time to get our drinks. We had to ask another waitress for another drink and then for napkins. We also had to ask another waitress for our bill. Our waitress could have been good but she seemed really busy There were three other waitresses standing around and when we asked for help one said she was the hostess. Really. Just overall bad service not likely to return. We were not the only table having this problem. Not once did anyone ask how our meal was
I had a chance to go to Bobby OBriens last month for wings and was not disappointed for sure. There was a huge variety to choose from and we managed to taste test quite a few that night. The wings were cooked perfectly and the beer was the perfect temperature. I thought it would be loud and crowded but it was actually neither although it was busy. Thanks Bobby's...we will be back!
There are four of us who go a lot every Friday before the Storm game. Sometimes the restaurant is packed and waiting staff do their best to serve everyone before the game begins. Thanks for your service.
