Happily we arrived early to this delightful little restaurant in the cathedral square in Bazas. We were en route to collect our family from the airport in Bordeaux and were in need of lunch. The waitress kindly found us a table for two which was lucky as it’s obviously important to book. The place filled up quickly while we were there and I can understand why. Our meal was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed a delicate starter of tartare of trout, then I had chargrilled aubergine with the most amazing filling and side sauce so pretty on the plate. My husband and I stumbled upon this lovely restaurant around lunch time, yesterday, while on holiday. The waitresses were friendly and efficient and the food was gorgeous. This was such a lovely experience for us and we are already debating to go back today or today and tomorrow. Merci beaucoup
A wonderful restaurant in a lovely setting. We dined outside in the early evening as a party of 6 (English family travelling with children 9 11). The restaurant team were very welcoming and attentive. The food was excellent, and accompanied by excellent cocktails and wine!
