Of the dishes we have tried: The salmorejo was the one that surprised me the most, it was spectacular, I have rarely found anything like it. The lacón croquettes with San Simón cheese are another highly recommended dish. The rice with cuttlefish at its point, very balanced in flavor, nothing strong and accompanied by an alioli with lime that gives it a very good touch.
