I had been recommended for years to go and my fault not to have gone before! a classic denia that is spectacular! first of all not to warn that you have to go with reserve! eternally grateful for doing the impossible to give us a table in full time of the parade of Moors and Christians, with all reserved, but if they had told me that there was no table in all their right and nothing would have happened...behind of us The food with a very good raw material! We ask for some very good artichokes and the octopus to the pancake with rosemary .ufffff although I have a photo I do not put it to you when you go! only that's why I'll go back to it..I also looked what the tables were asking for next do...
We were ignored for the first 15 minutes after we were seated and then when the food came it was tepid. They did replace the dish but by the time it arrived my husband had finished his meal. Two glasses of wine were poured with vastly different quantity in each glass; it then took 10 minutes to raise this to the attention of the waitress. There are lots of restaurants in Denia, so we wont be back! Disappointing.
It was an adventure to get to benjamin house, away from the bustle of the harbour area. Furthermore, we did not plan to book in advance. Luckily we could have a table for two at the bar. is an atmosphere of 1906 but with a food and a service of 2022. all we tried was exquisite and the treatment and service of the staff was wonderful. Don't change!
Hacia tiempo que no disfrutaba tanto de todos los platos pedidos en un restaurante, todos de 10! El pase entre platos perfecto y sin esperas (se agradece cuando vas con niños), y el trato muy agradable y profesional. Volveremos pronto a probar otros platos de la carta.

We went to take a reed because for years we had been and we were surprised by the change that had been made, we took some black ink chipirones and we were incredibly good. great place in denia.
