If you want to try very delicious homemade Spanish food you should visit this restaurant. It is placed in a place like a cave. After a hot sun you can feel fresh and try light red wine with a perfect lamb, different kind of sausages. All dishes are tasty, but cooked with a lot of oil. So, be ready for that.
great food at a very good price. with details, like you have to try the salad of “they come the marujas”, some spectacular boletus, a championship pitch and the best, a treat of stars michelin. Anyway, a recommended discovery 15 minutes from Valladolid in a beautiful village.
La Sorbona adn the surroundings Bodegas are wine caves converted into restaurants. Dining in their underground halls is fascinating. Meat dishes (especially the local lamb) are exquisite and acompanied by a good local rose wine. An experience to try.
