the staff was super friendly and helpful. we came into our room and I found that we had only spring cushions so that I didn't-feather kissen and six wonderful kisses later appeared in our room and the feather trouser was replaced. best night in wales! Unfortunately we didn't use the wellness and swimming pool, but that means we have to come back next time. possibly 2020 with the family!
had the most magical day yesterday. we sat in the garden above the search for the fabulous snowdonia mountains that champagner with our friend who lives in conway. a truly magical place for anyone who wants to keep away from the hectic and the driving.
what a hidden gem! beautiful environment, amazing eating at dinner and breakfast beautiful. the staff is excellent and how the royal treatments treated could not do enough to stay so fantastic. highly recommended.
I had lunch with two friends. beautiful house and gardens. the lunch was delicious and cheap. the personal is very attentive and treats us like queen. would be highly recommended. beautiful place for a high time.
