I visited the restaurant for a dinner with my friends. It's a great German traditional place worth checking out. Food was good and affordable but not very diverse. Wide selection of beer though. It seems the place used to be a brewery at some point, you can still see the 2 big brewing tanks, probably 300 liters each if not more... The schnitzel was very well done and tasty and it came with a good salad too. The fires were not great though, too thin and too hard, you could break your teeth with them. Great location also and overall a good nice place to stop by for a nice German evening.
Boente was always a place, I have been in the night at the weekends. I lived in Germany. But I only tried it once for a meal, and for sure its not the last time. I met a friend there, and we enjoyed our food. its a large place with a fantastic beer garden to sit in. Very clean place and friendly staff. It has its own original micro brewery. Beer is very good!!!!!It is a very well known place over years and it doesn't lost the highly standard. great place for football watching too.
This is a brew pub that makes good beer. There is usually a Helles, a Dunkles and one special on tap. The food is pub food. A pretty good burger, big salads, etc. There are many TV screens which will always have the Dortmund game on if they are playing.
We was once there. We ate aperitive and we took some drinks. Food is ok but from my opinion its too expensive for what offer. Service i find it not so good and friendly,,, Its good to try there but i find it other places much better than this one. Book a table now
Frequented by a large cross section of the population. In house brewery and good kitchen with friendly and efficient service. Great place to bring large party of people, whether they be youngsters or adults ... good ambience ..
Typical German food, and very good beer. Fast and friendly service. Interesting guided tour trough the brewery's heart in the cellar. My personal favorite was the Boente's Hell beer.
This is a "must to do" in Recklinghausen. Stylish and the brewer is high class. The kitchen delivers a lot of original German food and the rooms incl. the beer-garden is originally.
