I went to the restaurant at 9:30 a.m. and was told they only had 2 chicken breasts left, but they promised to make up for the missing pieces. When we got home (after waiting for 9 minutes), we realized that 5 pieces were missing. We called the restaurant and they acknowledged the mistake. We were initially hesitant to go back, but the manager called us and insisted on fixing the error. When we returned, they not only gave us the missing chicken wings but also added 6 Bojangles' biscuits (which were really good), a dozen chicken fingers, and 6 cookies as a gesture of apology. I ordered online from this restaurant, but when I arrived to pick up the food, it had not been prepared yet. Despite being given a specific pick-up time on the app, I was informed that they only start preparing the food once the customer arrives. Upon returning home, I discovered that one of the meals was missing. I attempted to call the restaurant, but their number was unlisted and the listed number was no longer in service.
Matthew was incredible! He really added some excitement and liveliness to our evening. It was a fantastic night.
The location is fairly clean both inside and outside, and the food is always hot, fresh and made to order.
