The service in the mornings is always impressively fast, and my orders are consistently accurate. I've been a loyal customer for years, and I've never had to pay for sauces before. It's frustrating that they now charge for honey mustard. If the chicken in my biscuit weren't so spicy, I wouldn't need it as much—the honey mustard helps balance the heat. On my last visit, I asked for one sauce and was charged 55 cents. Disappointing, Bojangles!
I received an incomplete order through Uber Eats and had to go to the restaurant to pick up the remaining items. Unfortunately, when I arrived, there was no staff present. I kindly asked the manager for assistance, as things seemed quite disorganized. Tracy went above and beyond to help resolve my issue.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and wasn't asked which one I wanted, so I ended up with a very spicy one. I think customers should be given a choice. This was my first visit and might be my last. The service was also very slow.

This past Thursday I went to this Bojangles but the staff completely ignored me and my father. They didn't greet us or tell us they'd be right with us at all. We waited probably 5 minutes before leaving and going elsewhere.
We absolutely adore the Light Biscuits at this restaurant; they remind us so much of my homemade biscuits! No matter if we're getting Cajun filet sandwiches, tenders, or chicken, the food is consistently delicious.
I had a visit to this restaurant and it was pretty decent overall, but I have to point out that $9 for just 3 wings and some fries is quite pricey. Seriously, Bojangles, that's a bit much!
