I cannot speak for all Bojangles but this location has the best fast food chicken I’ve eaten in decades. I’ve been here a few times and the chicken is always hot, juicy, but thoroughly cooked, with just the right amount of spice. More than 40 years ago KFC had good chicken. It was a treat when my folks would bring home a bucket of KFC with sides. This Bojangles transports me back to those family meals in a way KFC has not done in at least 30 years. Look the restaurant is aging and the crew is not always the friendliest but they are delivering great fast food fried chicken here.
This is the best one. The supremes are perfectly cooked, consistently. Every time I've gotten them at this location they are always fresh, hot and so, so good. Fries are seasoned perfectly and you can tell that whoever is making the biscuits at the Western store puts all their love into them because they are better than at any other Bojangles I've been to. And those little ladies are so sweet, I know they are the reason that food tastes so good. 10/10 for this location.
I was really disappointed with my experience. At 6:24 pm, the chicken I ordered tasted stale, and there was more batter than actual chicken. The manager, who appeared to be an older white man, was quite rude and unprofessional. His attitude was snappy, which made the experience even worse. I won't be ordering chicken again if he's working there. As someone who works in the service industry, I would never treat customers the way he did.
Usually very good. Every now and then this restaurant goes through a meh period where it might be worth skipping for a month or so but it's been consistently good in the past few months for us. Employees are all really friendly and I always enjoy interacting with them. The interior desperately needs an upgrade but you can't fault the employees on that one. Owner needs to come in and redo the walls etc..

Really good place. I been to plenty of bojangles around the southeast and this bojangles is always the best. Quick service and amazing people. Only downside is you need to ask for refills as theres no refill station but the quick service makes up for it.
women's work drive thru was very rude and respectful and began to foot behind me before I was finished. Secondly, they did not shake my pommes after I had asked for additional spices. overall a terrible experience and will not return to these bojangles!
There are certain individuals who need a class in customer service at the cash register. Not being able to socialize with your paying customers is not a good thing and this gentleman proved it last night around 7:30 PM.
Unfortunately, I couldn't use the mobile pay in the drive thru, so I ended up going in. The Manager and staff were super friendly. Great customer service!

for the first time test the chicken sandwich and it was very delicious! it really has competition with popeyes and kfc.
