Not sure what’s going on with this location and their Apple Pay in the drive thru. Been coming here for 3 years, and before the sign was posted, I waited in line for a good 15 minutes at the window after ordering, get to the window and all I get is a rude “we don’t take Apple Pay at the window”. But they still can take card? It’s the same machine and my card has tap, so not sure the difference. Would’ve been nice to know before I started the order! Please guys train your people to have good customer service, this is the type of antics to lose customers. I will not be back to this location, one person doesn’t matter? Wait until you see a significant difference.
1) I did not receive the four biscuits or any of the dipping sauces I had selected.
2) The four pieces of chicken were very small, and the eight chicken tenders were obviously old and not fresh.
3) The receipt on the bag indicated a total of $48.50, which did not include the $5 tip or the $4.99 delivery fee.
4) My order was not reviewed prior to delivery, which is DoorDash's responsibility. However, my credit card statement shows a total of $66.17, which means I was overcharged for poor quality food.
I will not be using DoorDash in the near future.
I wondered why there was no line in this particular bojangles, I soon had my answer. that was terrible! my chicken fillet was pressed and cooked over it was like leather! no sweat, it was hard to chew when I could turn off a piece. not sure why even two stars. ok, we have our order quickly because it wasn't someone else in the line. no wonder.
I gave in the ground on almost food a couple of years ago, service was always rude, staff didn't care. and it was a bit unhealthy. my visit today at bojangles if of the neuse was extraordinary! the staff were friendly and efficient, all eating came hot and tasty! gratulation bos team, you killed it today!

The Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit is undoubtedly the best spicy chicken biscuit I've ever had. I also really enjoy the Country Ham Biscuit. I liked them so much that I even ordered some extra for a midnight snack!
This is the best Bojangles in Raleigh. The food is always hot, fresh, and fast. They should pass some knowledge along to the others because this store is the best.
I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit along with a large fries. While the meal was slightly cold, it was still quite enjoyable.
Biscuits are good for breakfast .Chicken comes in frozen not fresh as other restaurants do . Not as good .Friendly staff , caring .

The food was great especially the 4pc Chicken Supremes Combo, but I got two large teas instead of the Pepsi I ordered.
Store cant seem to get the order right. something is always missing.
