My first time in Bojangles. We're from Maine, we don't have Bojangles in New England. I'm so glad we decided to stop it. The cookies are the best cookies I've ever had! All we had was delicious! We don't eat much sugary sweetness, mostly we try to eat quite healthy. But these cookies, which we are so good, we bought the Bo Berry Biscuits, and the cinnamon and sugar biscuits also had to get the sweet potato cake. We save them for late, so I can comment on how they taste, but I'm sure they're delicious!
Restaurant was out of cole slaw. Was told they had no sweet potato pies which were advertised on several signs in store. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich which wasnt very warm when served. Order of bo rounds consisted of 4 rounds.? My husbandenjoyed his 3 piece chicken dinner but store didnt look too clean behind counter. Probably wont be back anytime real soon....fora $21.00 meal pretty disappointing. Blueberry bo biscuits good though. Will continue just eating at home. Not worth the money.
We really enjoy going to this Bojangles. The employees are quick and have great customer service skills. The only complaint I could ever have is needing more condiments such as hot sauce and honey and it's forgotten every other time. But in the employee's defence they're usually busy at those times so I understand. Thank you also for the military discount allowing me to be able to afford to feed my family Bojangles chicken at least once a month.
The food was hot, good juicy. The manager was very good at his work. If the commands were taken care of, the person helped in the register to make sure he didn't run out of Pomme's cookies. The chicken was about 10-15 minutes. Long line in drive thru. We went to the realization. What we ordered was ready. We didn't have to wait.

I love the Cajun biscuit SO much but the service here was not good. We went three times in a week every time, there was some issue. One time they gave us free BoBerry biscuits, which we donated to a homeless man outside, so that's why I'm giving 2 starsbecause they did try to make up for it.
The line in the lobby was about 15 people deep so we tried to go through the drive-thru and no one was in it. Everything went fine The food was good except he left off my jelly, so I just circled the building and got me some in the drive-in window.
Went around 5:00, no crowd, or long line, but when I tried to order dirty rice they were out, went through the list of sides and decided slaw , they were OUT of that too!!!! Sounds like poor planning on this stores part.
Ordered salad, out of salad. Ordered grilled sandwich, had to wait 10 minutes. Pulled up to wait. Brought sandwich out, had to back up to drive thru for rest of my order. On a positive note, food was good and hot.

Morristown bojangles way better than Newport location. Morning shift lane at best. Dining room and bathroom not clean. Trash can in dining area overflowing. No one cared to empty it.
Eating is good and they'll get you through quickly.
