Service with an attitude. We've often encountered unprofessional behavior when ordering from this location, but today was the last straw. An older gentleman was yelling at the customers next to us and then rudely told me to speak up while we were in the drive-thru. To top it off, they carelessly tossed our Bo rounds into the bottom of the bag. This location needs to be held accountable for its poor customer service.
Amazing customer service!! Thank you!! We placed a large order, and the manager promptly came over to inform us that it would take some time due to the order size, which we completely appreciated! We are very grateful that the Bojangles on Belmont, Beaty Rd, was the exact opposite experience of the one we had at the Garrison Rd location in Gastonia.
I truly don’t know why we continue to patronize this establishment. EVERY time we go they leave something out of our order, charge us astronomical prices for sauces they DONT give you and they’re persistently slow.
We just visited this Bojangles for the first time, and we were impressed! The food was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I hope they continue to maintain this high standard! Book a table now
I see alot of bad reviews here, but honestly all the times I have been to this location I have only had one 10 minute wait and everyone has always been polite and food on point.
Service was good food was terrible. Sweet potatoe pie was cold!! Taste like it came out the refrigerator.. Stop giving customers OLD Cold Food!!!!
Parking: Usually has bone in chicken, not like a Bojangles in Belmont. MT. Holly moves the orders and the lines.
