The Bojangles in Pembroke across from the University was delicious and clean. The speedy service was noted. I ordered a meatless meal of red beans and rice with a side of potatoes and an iced tea with lemon. The iced tea was great and the lemons were fresh. The waitress at the window forgot my cutlery but was willing to give me some on my second time around. The waitress that took my money was sweet to my dog and didn't mind when I added a sausage biscuit for him on to my order. Four stars because they forgot my cutlery and the manager looked like she was not happy with it the girl who forgot the cutlery.
I ordered DoorDash, and for the second time, while the food was, of course, delicious, Bojangles got creative with the order. The prices for DoorDash items are already $2-3 more than the direct purchase prices, however when I order BoSize and get regular, order 4 PC Chicken Supreme $12+ and get 4 tiny, less and 1 1/2in tenders, all for second time, just because it is a delivery order, it is very very disappointing.
This fast food restaurant is exceptionally clean. I was pleasantly surprised when the lady who took my order noticed that I used a cane and offered to help me carry my order to the car. Unfortunately, I forgot to catch her name, but I believe it was Miss Ramylee. I didn’t even ask for assistance; she volunteered to help. This experience really shows that there are still wonderful people out there.
The food was okay, but I couldn’t really enjoy it. I arrived around 9:25 PM, just before they were closing at 10 PM. I ordered a plate for myself, one for my wife, and a plate for each of my three kids. Unfortunately, I realized once I got home that the children’s food was missing. Make sure to double-check your orders before leaving!

We stopped in to grab supper Thursday evening on the way to the beach and they were the most friendly fast food employees I?ve ever crossed paths with! Everyone was pleasant to us, to each other, and they made us feel welcome. The food was also extremely fresh and delicious. Be proud of this location Bojangles, they are rocking it!
? Most Bojangles aren't this low. These should be posted on the ordering screen right? Anyway, tried the steak biscuit and it was better than most I have tried. Was a little dry but it is seasoned well and putting a little mustard or mayo makes it better!
The food was delicious and served hot and fresh! The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I did have to wait a few minutes, but I appreciated the wait for freshly prepared food. My grandson really enjoyed it as well.

Always great salad and chicken....this is the only thing I eat from here so I really can't say about the other foods since it's been a while for me, but I do love Bojangles.
You never have to stand there after 20 minutes. No food cooked no one tries to help with everything
