Normally even if ask for southern tenders I get the spicy ones and I can't eat spicy foods at all. Have had them mess up the order more than they have gotten it correct. Employees are very rude at times but the girl was actually nice last night and Iactually got what I ordered even though fries were to be no salt no season salt nothing in salt but they were salty but not asbad as normally are. So if you can't eat spicy and order southern check before you pull off or you'll still have no food to eat.But another choice could be the steak biscuit it's normally a good choice and not spicy but do wish they had a choice of nonspicy of more things ...their regular chicken sandwich had a friend's ey...
I just went through the drive-thru. And even though there was a sign on the dining room door because of being short staffed. I ordered a two piece combo Bo-sized with fries and a Dr. Pepper. Everything down to the fries came hot and fresh and I'm really impressed. Everything is fresh. The chicken is hot, biscuit is fluffy, and my fries are perfectly hot. This is the best meal I've gotten there in a while.
This was the first time me and my wife had ate at one of these locations. And it was a great experience. The food was great. The staff was great and friendly. I hope to see Bojangles expand to my area. I think they will do great in the northern Ohioarea. I personally feel they. Will do better than Popeye's and KFC and even Mr. Chicken.
I've been in the car twice before 9:00 just because they tell me they're closed. After their operating hours from 5:30 to 10:00. It's a big franchise. Hours are online for these hours and on doors in this BoJangles. I heard that from others.

Horrible. Workers are slow and get answers wrong a lot and food sometimes ain't even cooked and fighting is always happening and they're always on their phones usually which makes it very slow.
I introduced a large 70 articles catering order over the phone several days in advance. The order was finished in time and the staff was much to do. Great people and a great service.
Very clean and fresh food will definitely be back and see how it's going .
