The older lady that was cleaning the dining room was very! I was having a staff meeting they didn't even want to speak to me the managers of the are the regional Bojangles! I don't even know why I hate in the place called Bojangles sounds kind of racist! The food wouldn't even all that good it was dried! I thought they were cooking fresh! I'm never going to Bojangle! They're a little biased towards people on Broadway North Knoxville people that have color in their skin! I asked for a fresh food cooked to order they got upset because they cook too much food already supposed to be cooked to order mostly some of the food! Love the southern fried chicken biscuits. Always hot and fresh! Service was fast and efficient. score dropped 10/14 since they no longer offer the southern fried chicken biscuits. Only the Cajun offered now which in my opinion are not as good. Not everyone wants hot and spicy for breakfast.
If .I .could give 0 stars I would do not stop here and eat at all that's a warning the food was cold as hell the staff was very rude especially the young child in the front playing. Over people food I will not. Be coming back here
Everything was what you should expect at a Bojangles. It was clean and the staff was polite. They quickly prepared my togo order and I was out the door. Food was warm and ready to feed the fam. Good experience as usual at the Bo. Book a table now
This is hands down the Best Bojangles in the greater Knoxville area! 3817 North Broadway. I drive right past another one near where I live to stop at this location. Service is excellent and they are always friendly.
My chicken sandwich was very good and my Son liked his choice. Had to wait 18 minutes for our order because they take door dash and other take out orders first! NO one wants to work so they were short staffed.
Tried the fish sandwich and my wife tried the fried bowl. The fish sandwich was just above average for a fast food restaurant fish sandwich. The bowl is simply the fixins with a chicken tender chopped on top.
Rude as hell tweakers working here. Didn't wrap the biscuit right, didn't give me the sauce I asked for. Also no receipt. I won't be back here ever Book a table now
The food was decent but $28 is a bit pricey for one person. It is becoming to expensive to eat out.
