This visit was a complete disappointment. The service was exceptionally slow on what turned out to be a frustrating evening. To make matters worse, I found a small bug in my drink and had to wait around 30 minutes to bring it to the attention of the staff after our waitress disappeared. I ordered the mac and cheese with grilled chicken, but the mac and cheese was tasteless—absolutely bland. The chicken was good and flavorful, but that was the only redeeming part of the meal. I stuck around forthe food and ordered the mac and cheese skillet with blackened chicken. Mac and cheese has zero flavor, nothing. Extremelydisappointing. Wow, this restaurant is located on a hill and unfortunately, it's quite challenging to get any kind of service. I ordered a large IPA but received a small one instead. We were left waiting for 17 minutes before our server finally returned, and then he disappeared again, leaving us without drinks for another 14 minutes. It seems like there's a lot of potential revenue being missed. I ordered a Cuban sandwich 37 minutes ago, and it just arrived. I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon. They get two stars mainly because it’s never too crowded, which is a plus. I live nearby, but I won't be returning.
Adore the big pig at the entrance! Came on a Friday night during happy hour. It was a but too chill for a happy hour but it allowed for nice conversation. Their drinks were good but not great I had Moscow mules served better but it wasn't horrible either. I had their wings, loved the lemon and pepper ones. Although I didn't used it, the outside siting area seemed nice, cozy and with a beautiful view. No worries about parking. There is plenty!

Wow, this place has gone down hill. Incredibly difficult to get any kind of service. Ordered a tall IPA? got a small. It was empty for 17 mins and finally she comes by again. That one is now gone and we?re on minute 14 of it being empty. Leavinglots of money on the tables. Ps. Ordered a Cuban sandwich 37 mins ago and just got it.. Not a good game stop any more. If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't bother coming here. We waited 12 minutes to get seated and then sat at our table for 14 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. Eventually, we just left. This place should shut down and make way for a better franchise. It was lunchtime, yet the restaurant was nearly empty, with plenty of waiting staff just standing around. What a disappointment.
This place has been closed for some time, always wanted to check. Yesterday my wife was at work nearby and it was Sunday night football I saw that the sports bar was open. I didn't even hesitate to go! Great sports bar tons of TVs each game was up and the place is huge. They have an outdoor terrace I didn't go, but it looked nice from inside I'll go back! Definitely recommend.
I was super excited to come for the first time. We arrived approximately 8:05 pm. By 8:40 we still did not have any drinks in the table and of course no order taken. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but the store wasn't at full capacity. Probably at 75%. This is why I am going back to Ale House. Sincerely, your first and last visitor.

If I could ZERO stars I would. Don?t go here, waited for a seat for 12 minutes, 14 minute wait at the table and no one showed up. We walked out. This place should go out of business and let another franchise start here. Oh, it was lunch time and noone was here but there where lots of wait staff standing around talking. Skip this place
