So, I ordered a meal from here about a month ago. When I got home I realised that the order I received was someone else’s. I called and was told that I would be credited and an apology was given. Fair enough. Never received the credit but just put it down to one of those things, mistakes happen, I get it. Didn’t chase it as I enjoyed what I had. I called tonight to order a delivery and was told that I owe money so including my new meal I have to pay more money. I explained the situation but was told that their records show I owe money and they wouldn’t be delivering to me. We have had a takeaway from Bokays twice in the past month! We have thoroughly enjoyed both times. It tastes very fresh and everything is so full of flavour! As vegetarians, the choice is great! We will certainly be regulars to Bokays!
